Project Manager, CAD​/ AutoCAD​/ Mechanical Design, Interior Design

Role Description

The /Project Manager will oversee interior design projects from concept through completion, coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include meeting with client representatives, design development, and overseeing production drawings. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring construction progress, verifying workmanship against drawings and specifications, and addressing issues proactively. The position is a full‑time hybrid consultant for individuals based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a combination of on‑site presence and work‑from‑home flexibility as project needs allow.

• Strong project management skills, including experience in overseeing larger commercial interior design projects (27 000 m² to 63 000 m²)
• Minimum 10 years post‑degree working experience
• Healthcare and wellness design experience preferred
• Fluent in conversational and written English
• Relevant academic background in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field (Bachelor's degree minimum)
• Familiarity with construction drawings, detailing, and basic building codes and regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing project requirements
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (mandatory) and Sketch Up (preferred)
