Junior UI​/UX Designer - Utara

Job opportunity for Junior UI/UX Designer in Jakarta Utara at PT Sigma Global Teknologi in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Education:
  
  Minimum of bachelor’s degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related fields. (Minimum GPA 3.00)
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing design work and understanding of the UI/UX design process and methodology.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  • User interview and questionnaire techniques
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Usability knowledge and best practices for user interaction with UI
  • Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, icon illustration, prototypes and design systems
  • Experience with Azure AD B2C, Duende Identity Server, OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and SSO
  • Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Redis
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, or Azure

  Experience:
  
  Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in telephony, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, PBX, contact centre, or communication platform development is an advantage. Priority for candidates with experience in telephony/SIP/VoIP, Whats App Business Platform, contact centre integration, or communication platform development.

• Create wireframes, UI/UX designs, and UI prototypes for both web and native mobile applications.
• Perform usability testing with users and stakeholders.
• Conduct Design Sprints and develop Design Systems.
• Work closely with software developers and mobile app engineers for platform-specific interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers and interaction designers to create solutions that consider user needs and technical challenges.
• Iteratively improve user interfaces based on data and user tests.
• Prepare all documentation related to development, including Design Thinking results, Design Systems, and JIRA usage.
