Intermediate Interior Designer (F&B​/ Hospitality

? We are looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer covering our Indonesia expansion needs who knows how to balance creativity with execution.

You will be responsible for creating appealing consumer interior concepts that adhere to strict brand guidelines. If you have the portfolio to prove you can build what you design, let's talk.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
  , Architecture
  , or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in F&B retail design or store planning, including technical drawings.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) will be a plus; able to communicate and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Proven experience in implementation and ensure governance of design standards, guidelines, or playbooks for multi-store or multi-country operations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across regions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of F&B operational requirements.
• Willing and able to travel internationally independently as and when required.

• Design and create store layouts that are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for customer flow and productivity, incl. technical drawing such as plumbing and electric design.
• Create and maintain F&B design standards
  , guidelines, and toolkits to support international expansion and ensure consistency across countries.
• Ensuring store design is compliance with Kopi Kenangan’s design standards and local regulations
  .
• Provide design feedback, recommendations, and approvals for concepts developed by regional or external design teams.
• Collaborate with construction and project teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-efficient, and feasible within construction timelines and budgets.
• Work closely with merchandising, branding, and project teams to ensure product displays and fixtures align with the overall store concept and brand identity.
• Produce detailed design deliverables, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Present design concepts and proposals to senior management and global stakeholders; incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of store designs post-opening and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Kopi Kenangan, a much loved coffee chain store with more than 1100 outlets across Indonesia;
• Kenangan Coffee Malaysia with more than 180 coffee chain stores;
• Kenangan Coffee Singapore with 10 stores;
