We are expanding fast into new cities across Indonesia
, and we need a high-energy, hands-on Project Surveyor ready to hit the road
! If you love being in the field and are excited to travel extensively across Indonesia on a monthly basis
, this is your stage. You will be the crucial link between real-world site conditions and our 3D design team—turning raw field measurements into precise CAD layouts.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degreein Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Have 1 year experience as Project Surveyor (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Provided they have solid practical AutoCAD skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to quickly draw clean 2D floor plans, site boundaries, and elevation/section lines from hand-drawn field sketches.
- Proficient with both manual tools (meteran tanah) and digital laser measurement devices.
- High attention to detail, ensuring zero missing dimensions or spatial miscalculations before leaving the project site.
- Willing to travel.
- On-Site Field Surveys: Travel to project sites across Indonesia to survey empty land plots, commercial spaces, or existing structures.
- Site Measurement: Accurately measure large plots and building dimensions using both manual tools and digital measurement devices.
- AutoCAD Base Layouts: Translate field notes, raw dimensions, and site photos into clean, properly scaled 2D base drawings in AutoCAD.
- Designer Handover: Present site data, notes, and CAD files directly to 3D designers so they can begin conceptual work without delay.
- Site Condition Records: Take clear photo/video documentation and note down physical site constraints, utilities, or surrounding obstacles.
