Drafter

PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in interior design, construction and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.

Minimum SMK/D3/S1 Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field;

Proven working experience as Drafter minimum 1 year;

Preferably experienced in Design & Build projects and multi-scope coordination;

Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Ms Excel, Revit or other relevant software;

Able to prepare structural shop drawings (foundation, sloof, columns, beams, slabs);

Able to produce architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations);

Experienced in interior drawings (custom/built-in furniture & finishing details);

Understand technical drawings for ceiling, flooring, walls, and façade;

Basic understanding of MEP drawings:
Mechanical (HVAC, ducting, exhaust), Electrical (lighting, panels, cable trays), Plumbing (clean water, wastewater, sanitary)

Able to produce shop drawings and basic diagrams;

Strong communication skills and time management.

Prepare and revise shop drawings (Structural, Architectural, and standard MEP)

Produce as-built drawings

Adjust drawings based on actual site conditions

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Project Managers

Prepare drawings for approval, tender, and construction purposes

Maintain drawing files in a well-organized and structured manner
