Cablenet membuka posisi BIM Modeller untuk mendukung proyek infrastruktur ICT. Kamu akan bertanggung jawab atas pembuatan model BIM 3D, koordinasi antar disiplin, dan memastikan seluruh standar BIM terpenuhi dari awal hingga selesai proyek.
- Membuat dan mengembangkan model BIM 3D yang akurat sesuai kebutuhan proyek
- Melakukan koordinasi dan integrasi model antar disiplin untuk memastikan konsistensi
- Melakukan clash detection, menyusun issue report, dan mendukung resolusi bersama tim terkait
- Menyiapkan gambar, schedule, dan dokumentasi dari model BIM
- Mendukung manajemen model dan koordinasi data melalui BIM
360 atau platform CDE lainnya - Menguasai aplikasi BIM seperti Revit, Navisworks, BIM
360, dan software Autodesk terkait - Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan relevan di bidang Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) atau sejenis
- Memahami proyek infrastruktur dan koordinasi antar disiplin dalam lingkungan BIM
- Mampu melakukan clash detection secara mandiri
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris
- Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek atau kantor pusat
