• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to Master Teachers/Akademia to enhance pedagogical skills, classroom management, and overall teaching effectiveness, under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Act as a buddy and role model for Master Teachers/Akademia by demonstrating best teaching practices through direct classroom instruction.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings (online and/or offline), ensuring high-quality and engaging learning experiences, and actively participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions as part of the minimum required sessions.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to support students in addressing academic challenges and providing effective learning solutions.
• Deliver academic consultations for students and/or parents in collaboration with Student Advisors to define appropriate learning pathways, maintain strong engagement, and support student retention.
• Collaborate with regional and academic teams to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Develop and adapt teaching materials, learning modules, and academic assignments as required by Head Office.
• Work closely with the curriculum development team to ensure alignment with academic standards and learning objectives, including national and international curricula.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all BAC employees and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Academic Coach, or in a similar role.
• Prior experience teaching or working with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, IGCSE) is highly preferred.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to teach students directly and serve as a role model for other teachers.
• Capable of conducting academic consultations with students and parents in a professional manner.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across HQ and regional teams.
• Willing to fulfill minimum teaching and CBC session requirements as specified.
