BeED is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Academic Specialist to drive the pedagogical excellence of our digital learning solutions. This role sits at the intersection of education, technology, and product innovation.

As an Academic Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Product, Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure that our LMS and digital learning experiences are not only engaging and interactive but also grounded in strong pedagogical principles and real classroom needs. You will play a key role in translating educational best practices into impactful digital resources, training materials, and thought leadership content that strengthen BeED’s value proposition across schools and institutions.

• Research and keep up to date with the latest trends and potential opportunities in education, technology and EdTech solutions.
• Build an in-depth understanding of user needs and gather requirements to contribute to the enhancement and execution of the product roadmap.
• Exhibit proficiency in the BeED system to develop engaging materials and creative templates for product training and consultations.
• Create and review educational content enriched in multimedia elements in line with technological pedagogical guidelines.
• Write pedagogically supported, academic-focused articles for the blog and broadcasting materials.
• Conduct onboarding and training on our Edtech Platform.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in presenting company products from an educational perspective during conferences and fairs.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or any other tasks assigned/ required by the Management from time to time.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an academic content writer and academic researcher, or similar role, preferably with exposure to EdTech / digital learning platforms.
• Experience in teaching Science and/or Arts preferred.
• Excellent writing & proofreading abilities in English.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be resourceful & adaptable.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong growth mindset and proactive approach.
• Meticulous attention to detail, along with adept management and organisational skills.
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines.
