Position OverviewThe school is seeking a passionate, experienced Early Years and Primary Literacy Teacher to join a close‑knit team. The ideal candidate will embrace creativity, adaptability, and a holistic approach to teaching, while valuing collaboration and progressive education.
The role is to teach and support literacy across Early Years and Primary school, including storytelling, early literacy skills and EAL.
Key Responsibilities- Lesson planning and preparation.
- Identifying key learning objectives and outcomes.
- Record keeping and report writing.
- Providing emotional, social and academic support to all students.
- Maintaining communication channels with parents.
- Attending meetings and professional development.
- Planning or supporting the organisation of events.
- Working in collaboration with other staff members.
- Documenting student progress and communicating with parents.
- Complying with state, school, and class rules and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education.
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience (visa requirement).
- Strong understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum pedagogy, and a preference for candidates with some Māori cultural experience.

NZD), allowing a comfortable living standard in Jakarta. No taxes are deducted from salary, the school pays taxes. There is a small deduction for BPJS which is an Indonesian pension scheme and national health programme. - Benefits include:
