Program Development Officer - Preschool & Kindergarten Level

Kinderfield - Highfield School Indonesia - Head Office is looking for a professional to fill in Program/Curriculum Development Officer - Preschool & Kindergarten Level Position

• Develop curriculum for preschool and kindergarten level with other team members
• Make Syllabuses, Lesson Plans, Yearly & Semester Plan, Worksheet, and other teaching materials
• Observe classes regularly to see the implementation of the curriculum
• Update and revise the Program/Curriculum regularly
• Communicate changes and updates in program/curriculum to school administrators & teachers, as well as conduct training regarding the updates
• Monitoring and evaluating the lessons at our centers to identify areas for improvement(across Indonesia)
• Keeping records and reporting after visiting the centers
• Give regular professional development and/or curriculum updates to teachers
• Take part in annual events

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or teaching for early years students
• A bachelor's degree in education, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of school members and stakeholders
• Has good teamwork skills
• Proficient in the use of relevant educational technology and data processing applications
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Understand the education system well, especially for early learners
• Committed to creating a high-quality learning environment for our students
• Proven experience in decision-making, problem-solving and has ability tothink strategically
