Job Description
- Conduct and Evaluate weekly Ops new joiner and existing employee training
- Coordinate with Ops leaders in training delivery
- Facilitate Modul for Ops training (development)
- Report directly to L&D Manager for any Ops Training Activity (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
- Assisting L&D Department for Non-Ops Training if needed
- Facilitate refreshment program if needed
- Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
- At least minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills:
Excellent Public Speaking, communication skill, presentation skills, confidence & team player - Excellent using Ms. Office, especially Power Point
- Able to use Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro (Basic)
- People’s Oriented
- Willing to explore, learn and advice for training methods
