Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of GYDMUN conferences (training → simulation → international trip)
  • Design academic framework (committee topics, curriculum, speakers, mentors)
  • Oversee delegate experience & conference quality standards
  • Manage academic team, chairs, and secretariat
  • Ensure global-level MUN standard & credibility
  • Maintain relationship with international partners & institutions
    • Qualifications
  • 3–6 years experience in MUN leadership / international youth programs
  • Strong understanding of diplomacy, global affairs, or international relations
  • Experience leading large-scale conferences (300+ participants preferred)
  • Strong leadership & organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
  • International exposure is a plus
