Regional Facilitator Officer; RFO - RGFB

Responsibilities

• Master Trainer Management:
  Complete a 10-hour Training of Trainer (ToT). Mentor MTs in developing localized outreach strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Target Monitoring & Program Implementation:
  Engage MTs to amplify in-depth training and gameplay sessions. Ensure the 4-Hour In-Depth Training meets program standards.
• Evaluation & Data Analysis:
  Collect and manage administrative data, including surveys and pre/post-test results. Nominate high-potential local participants for Human Interest Stories.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Maintain relationships with local governments, community organizations, and relevant partners.
• Administrative Reporting:
  Actively submit progress reports via tracker to the Project Officer. Ensure all field activities are properly documented.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field (Education, Communication, Management, or Social Sciences preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, field coordination, or community/volunteer management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (for large-scale data monitoring).
• Excellent communication and public relations skills for coordinating with local governments and community organizations.
• Result-oriented with the ability to develop tactical strategies for Master Trainers in the field.
• Ability to quickly analyze field challenges and provide effective, actionable solutions.
• Disciplined, honest in budget management, and willing to travel frequently for site visits.
• High empathy for the elderly combined with a strong understanding of current digital security (scam) trends.
