• Ensure the quality of implementation process
• Gather data and provide analysis regarding freshmen needs
• Arrange freshmen development curriculum based on activities evaluation and freshmen needs survey
• Organize and develop module and learning sources for freshmen development activities
• Provide learning materials for freshmen development activities
• Review and evaluate freshmen development activities effectiveness
• Arrange follow-up programs from freshmen condition data
• Conduct research and evaluation result for further development and innovation of freshmen development activities
