Literacy Specialist Intern

Join DDTC Tax Knowledge & Training Center as a Literacy Specialist Intern, where you will take part in two key activities which include developing learning materials for DDTC Academy and managing content from DDTC Library’s collection to support tax literacy through practical and easy to understand learning resources.

• Develop tax education materials, including learning modules, presentation slides, and/or literature based tax curriculum.
• Support the creation of educational content in various formats, such as articles and videos.
• Write book reviews to enrich tax knowledge resources.
• Assist library users in finding relevant tax literature and research references.
• Provide recommendations for updating the library’s collection, including books, journals, and digital literature.

• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international taxation concepts and practices.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending academic references in English.
• Skilled in research and analytical writing.
• Capable of writing and developing reviews or summaries of tax related literature.
• Able to create educational materials on taxation, such as learning modules or presentation slides.
• Experienced in producing tax-related educational content in various formats, including articles and videos.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide effective reference services while working collaboratively.
• Enthusiastic about staying updated on the latest tax literature and issues to support continuous improvement of library collections.
• Willing to work on weekends when necessary.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
