Role OverviewOur client is looking for a Curriculum Manager (Brain Development) to join a new and exciting business incubation initiative within an established education group. This role will be responsible for building and launching a new learning program from the ground up, focused on developing children’s cognitive abilities, including memory, focus, and thinking skills. This is a high‑ownership, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating impact from scratch and thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Development & Implementation
- Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum from scratch, focused on brain development (memory, focus, and cognitive skills) for children.
- Translate concepts into structured, practical, and scalable learning programs.
- Ensure curriculum quality, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
Program Execution & Ownership
- Lead the end‑to‑end rollout and implementation of the curriculum across learning centers.
- Act as the curriculum owner, ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement.
- Be actively involved in hands‑on execution, not limited to strategic planning.
Training & Capability Building
- Develop and deliver training programs for teachers/instructors based on the curriculum.
- Ensure teachers are well‑equipped to deliver high‑quality learning experiences.
- Monitor and support ongoing teaching effectiveness.
Team Building & Collaboration
- Support the hiring and development of the academic/teaching team as the business grows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support program success.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with strong academic records.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, program management, or related roles.
- Strong background in early childhood education, cognitive development, or brain development programs.
- Proven experience in building curriculum or programs from scratch (not only delivery).
- Experience in program or academic management.
- Experience in reputable education institutions or early childhood programs.
- Strong understanding of child development, learning methodologies, and cognitive skill‑building.
- Ability to translate concepts into structured, engaging, and scalable programs.
- Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with strong ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and ambiguous environment.
- Strong English and Indonesian communication skills.
- Successfully develop and launch a structured brain development curriculum.
- Ensure smooth implementation and adoption across learning centers.
- Build a strong foundation for scaling the program and team.
