Job Description Summary

Designing, managing, and ensuring the implementation of impact-based sustainability learning programs that support compliance with national and global sustainability standards, improvement of the GSEP Maturity Level, strengthening the capabilities of operational staff and operations sustainability staff, and integration of sustainability into operational excellence.

Develop and implement sustainability learning programs based on transformative learning within upstream operations. Design, review, and periodically update sustainability curriculum, modules, and training materials. Manage and facilitate Action Learning Programs (ALPs), mentor and coach managers, SPO & EHS region staff, and assistants. Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives, preparing and delivering systematic evaluation reports. Coordinate with related functions to integrate learning programs with operational practices.

Lead the development of a sustainability culture and drive continuous improvement across operational units.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Communication, Environmental Studies, Management, Education, or other relevant fields.
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in sustainability and training.
• Placement at Head Office Jakarta.
• Strong understanding of oil palm sustainability standards (RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, ESG).

• Develop and update curriculum, modules, and training materials based on transformative learning and adult learning principles using visual design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Photoshop.
• Deliver end-to-end training programs and evaluate learning impact using Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4.
• Manage training data, achievement reports, lessons learned, and program documentation.
• Facilitate Action Learning Programs, mentor, and coach managers, SPO and EHS region staff, and assistants.
• Coordinate with related functions to ensure integration of learning initiatives with upstream operational practices.
• Understand RSPO P&C 2024, ISPO, ISCC, ESG, and oil palm sustainability practices.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation of learning impact and report results.

• Communicate and convey ideas, concepts, and messages professionally in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbally and in writing.
• Deliver complex materials clearly, persuasively, and contextually to operational audiences.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork spirit, effective time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
