Faculty Head Leader Development

• Lead and oversee the development, validation, and continuous improvement of academic programs.
• Design and develop new academic programs and modules, especially for leadership.
• Provide strategic guidance on curriculum innovation and alignment with industry and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate the preparation of documentation for program validation and approval processes.
• Ensure timely review and modification of existing programs to maintain relevance and quality.

• Implement and monitor the faculty’s quality assurance framework in line with institutional and national standards.
• Oversee academic audits, program reviews, and external evaluations.
• Analyze performance data, student feedback, and external examiner reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure effective quality arrangements with collaborative partners and external stakeholders.

• Support subject teams in evaluating teaching and learning effectiveness.
• Maintain oversight of academic journals and ensure timely documentation of good practices and issues.

• Work closely with Heads of Agency Training, Agency Management & Agency Leader.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and academic integrity across the faculty.
• Advise faculty staff on quality‑related policies, procedures, and external examiner appointments.
