POLY English Indonesia is seeking a passionate and qualified Native International English Teacher (Foreign National) to cover classes during a maternity leave period from August to October 2026.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons, supporting student learning progress, and maintaining teaching quality throughout the coverage period.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to young learners.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Follow the school's curriculum, teaching standards, and academic guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress.
- Prepare lesson materials and classroom activities as required.
- Attend teacher meetings, training sessions, and academic discussions.
- Work closely with the Academic Team to ensure smooth class continuity.
- Foreign National (Non-Indonesian Citizen).
- Native English Speaker from an English-speaking country.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about teaching children and young learners.
- Able to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
- Available to commit to the full contract period (August – October 2026).
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification.
- Experience teaching ESL/EFL students.
- Experience teaching in language centers, international schools, or similar educational institutions.
- 40 working hours per week.
- 5 working days per week with 2 days off.
- Schedule will be arranged based on operational and academic requirements.
