Tanoto Foundation is looking for a Leadership Learning Enrichment and Employability (LEE) Lead responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and rigorous monitoring and evaluation of learning enrichment initiatives to accelerate the development of leadership competencies and employability skills among Tanoto Scholars, Tanoto Fellows, and the broader alumni network.

Key Areas of Responsibility Leadership Learning Enrichment
  • Manage learning enrichment portfolio (i.e. Tanoto Scholars Association, Tanoto Scholars Gathering, Sponsorship and Global Experience Program).
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Development unit to integrate activities into the overall scholars’ development journey.
  • Work closely with the MLE Department and other LDS unit to continuously experiment innovative approaches for learning enrichment and its management to accelerate leadership and/or employability development.
  • Work with external partners to establish partnerships and/or opportunities for learning enrichment.
Employability
  • Strengthen networking with HR leaders through various initiatives.
  • Support industry immersion for Tanoto Scholars in the professional preparation stage.
  • Support internship facilitation for Tanoto Scholars in the RGE business group or other partners.
  • Ensure Tanoto Scholars and Tanoto Fellows graduate and land a job or start their enterprises within six months after graduation.
  • Manage graduation events and alumni gatherings.
  • Provide support and collaborate with the Alumni Association to facilitate their professional development and lifelong learning, while cultivating a pay‑forward value.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Education, Human Capital Development, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum eight years of experience in leadership development, talent development, learning design, community development/partnership, or a related area.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing medium to large‑scale development programs or scholarship/fellowship initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of leadership competency frameworks and employability skills, with the ability to translate them into impactful learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across stakeholders, including academia, industry, and alumni communities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, including data‑driven program improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English.
