KT&G Management Trainee (MT) Program is a fast-track leadership development program designed to nurture high-potential graduates into future leaders of KT&G. Over the course of one year, participants will undergo a structured learning journey that combines In-Class Training & Self-Learning
, On-the-Job Training
, and Acting Placement
, providing them with extensive business exposure, practical experience, and the professional and leadership capabilities required to accelerate their career growth within the organization.

As part of our recruitment journey, KT&G will be conducting recruitment events and assessments across several cities in Indonesia, including Padang,
Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta and Surabaya
. Candidates may choose the most convenient location to participate in the selection process.

• Master's Degree from reputable university
• Minimum GPA of 3.40
• Maximum 2 years of professional working experience (Internship experience is not counted)
• Fresh graduates and those who will graduate before August 2026 are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Agile and willing to be placed in any region across Indonesia
• All process will be conducted offline
