Location: Jakarta Selatan

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Undergraduate Student role based at Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka (UHAMKA) in South Jakarta. The undergraduate student is expected to attend scheduled lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and campus activities, while actively participating in class discussions and collaborative projects. The role includes completing assignments, projects, and examinations on time, as well as engaging in independent study, research, and reading to deepen understanding of course materials.

The student will meet regularly with academic advisors or lecturers, seek feedback for continuous improvement, and comply with all academic, ethical, and campus regulations. The undergraduate is also encouraged to participate in student organizations, seminars, and community engagement programs that support personal, academic, and professional development.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated academic readiness for undergraduate study, including completion of required secondary education and meeting UHAMKA’s admission criteria.
  • Strong learning skills, including time management, organization, self-discipline, and the ability to balance coursework with campus activities.
  • Effective communication abilities, including clear written and spoken communication in the language(s) of instruction and respectful interaction with peers, faculty, and staff.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information, ask questions, and apply knowledge in academic and practical contexts.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in teams, contribute to group projects, and respect diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas.
  • Basic digital literacy, including the ability to use learning management systems, online research tools, productivity software, and email for academic purposes.
  • Commitment to academic integrity, adherence to university policies, and alignment with UHAMKA’s values, including ethical behavior and social responsibility.
  • Openness to participate in extracurricular activities, community service, internships, or campus events that support holistic development (preferred but not mandatory).
