Part-Time Early Childhood Program Facilitator and Operations Assistant

We are seeking a Part-Time After school Instructor and Operations Assistant for our Creative and Experiential Learning program. We are looking for a reliable instructor to handle both the preparation and teaching for our program. This role is split into two clear areas:

• 60% Preparation: Managing materials, classroom setup, and safety protocols before class.
• 40% Teaching: Leading the live classroom sessions independently as the designated Lead Teacher.

This part-time role will take place on weekdays.

The ideal candidate is highly organised behind the scenes and entirely comfortable managing a room of children aged 3-6 years old on their own.

• Manage the end-to-end logistics of project materials, organising interactive setups, and maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate pre-class setup.
• Execute post-class cleanup, resource organisation, and inventory restocking to keep the learning space clean.
• Independently facilitating creative, experiential learning activities.
• Maintain clear behavioural expectations, guide students through project transitions, and foster an encouraging environment for discovery.
• Maintain sole accountability for student safety, engagement, and classroom management during active instructional sessions.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with student groups in a classroom, daycare, camp, or structured after school environment.
• Strong operational workflow skills, excellent at managing physical materials, detailed setup checklists, and time-sensitive preparation.
• Can confidently lead a class using Indonesian and English.

A degree in Early Childhood Education and/or Psychology.
