Academic Manager

Job opportunity for Academic Manager at Inlingua International Indonesia in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Position Overview

As an Academic Manager, you will lead and support our team of teachers, ensure the quality of our teaching meets international standards, and develop both ESL and Academic Preparation programs that help our students succeed in academic and professional settings.

• Develop, implement, and monitor ESL and Academic Preparation (IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC) curriculum and materials
• Organize and oversee class schedules to ensure effective learning delivery
• Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers to maintain excellent teaching standards
• Ensure consistency with inlingua’s global methodology and quality benchmarks
• Supervise assessments, placement tests, and mock exams for academic preparation programs
• Foster strong communication with students, parents, and external stakeholders
• Prepare academic reports and ensure KPIs are achieved

• Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the ESL/education industry (academic management experience preferred)
• Valid IELTS (min. 7.0) or TOEFL iBT (min. 100) certificate
• Proven teaching experience in IELTS/TOEFL or other Academic Preparation programs
• Strong curriculum design and scheduling skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and networking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
