Mitra Premium Pintarnya is looking for a Learning and Development Associate Manager to join their Retail Academy Team in Jakarta. This full-time role involves designing, developing, and implementing training programmes to enhance employee capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Psychology, Communication, or Education, with 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, including leadership. Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning methodologies is also expected.
