Learning & Development Associate Manager

We are seeking a Learning and Development Associate Manager to join our Retail Academy Team at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. This is a full‑time position based in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a key strategic part in designing, developing and delivering training and development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support organisational growth.

• Design and implement learning and development programmes in line with MAP Retail Academy standards.
• Create and implement initiatives aligned with Training Needs Analysis results for internal and external clients.
• Lead leadership and soft‑skills programmes such as Management Trainee and General Training, including execution, monitoring, reporting and documentation.
• Implement and report on programme evaluation to ensure customer satisfaction, effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships and collaborate with MAP Retail Academy internal and external clients to understand training needs.
• Design and implement engagement for programmes through hybrid sessions (online and offline) and online learning platforms.
• Implement special projects assigned, such as employee engagement activities.

• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in Learning & Development.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Training, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in designing, delivering and evaluating effective training programmes for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Trainer Certification and/or Assessor Certification (BNSP) is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
