Full-time position within the Academic Members department.

• Responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and controlling the foundation courses of degree programs offered by the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET).
• Collaborate closely with the Dean and faculty to deliver the program using appropriate teaching and learning methods and assessment.
• Lead and motivate faculty, develop teamwork, and allocate responsibilities.
• Define and develop program curriculum, policy, priorities, and work schemes; monitor implementation and set program targets.
• Monitor lecturers’ adherence to syllabi and policies.
• Ensure the program complies with SU and DIKTI policies.
• Promote high teaching standards and effective learning outcomes.
• Arrange class schedules for each semester and coordinate with the Academic Registry.
• Disseminate meeting information to faculty members.
• Deliver teaching and learning that stimulates student interest.
• Ensure sufficient research and community service activities within the program as part of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.

• Doctoral degree in a related field from a reputable and recognized university.
• Academic rank of Assistant Professor (Lektor) or higher preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of university-level teaching experience.
• Minimum 3 years in accreditation processes (e.g., BAN-PT, LAM INFOKOM, or international accreditation bodies).
• Demonstrated research output (Scopus-indexed publications preferred).
• Experience in curriculum development aligned with OBE (Outcome-Based Education).
• English proficiency in oral and written communication; all classes are taught entirely in English.
• Area of expertise (preferably interdisciplinary):
  Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing, Distributed Systems, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Systems, Digital Transformation.
