A for Effort is a tutoring center in Jakarta that offers personalized tutoring sessions specialized in international, national plus, and national curricula. The goal is to increase students' confidence by simplifying the material and enabling true understanding.

We are looking for a teacher to deliver advanced‑level lessons in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics for Middle and High School students. Lessons are conducted exclusively in English.

• Teach advanced Biology, Chemistry, or Physics to Middle and High School students.
• Develop lesson plans and materials that facilitate comprehension and confidence.
• Deliver instruction in English.
• Work from the South Jakarta office; remote work is not permitted.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and student progress.
• Stay current with educational best practices and curriculum standards.

• Advanced knowledge of the chosen science subject and ability to teach higher‑level classes.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
• English fluency (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, including overtime and Saturdays.
• Ability to work on a full‑time, on‑site schedule.
