Location: Jakarta Selatan
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences based on the school's curriculum and developmental goals.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Create interactive and play-based learning activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress, providing regular feedback and reports to parents.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through open and effective communication.
- Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions while promoting independence and positive character development.
- Prepare teaching materials, learning resources, and classroom displays that enhance children's learning experiences.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and fellow educators to ensure the smooth implementation of daily classroom activities.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Ensure children's health, safety, and well-being by following school policies and child safeguarding practices.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, English Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 year of teaching experience in a preschool, kindergarten, or early childhood education setting. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or teaching experience are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, energetic, and enthusiastic when working with young children.
- Able to develop engaging lesson plans and hands-on learning activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using educational technology to support learning.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
- Teaching certification and First Aid/CPR certification will be considered an advantage.
