The Caregiver Lecturer role offers an opportunity to support and develop individuals preparing for caregiving-related careers connected to Japan. This position combines practical caregiving knowledge with Japanese language instruction, helping students build the skills and confidence needed throughout their training journey.
Responsibilities- Deliver Kaigo (caregiving) training integrated with Japanese language instruction
- Design structured lesson plans and conduct performance evaluations
- Assess student readiness and provide feedback to support continuous improvement
- Track and document student progress throughout the programme
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain effective learning outcomes
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing, Healthcare, or Japanese Language
- Prior experience as a caregiver or nurse in Japan
- At least 1 year of classroom teaching or student mentoring experience
- JLPT N3 or above
- Holds an SSW Kaigo certificate or Kaigofukushishi (Certified Care Worker) licence
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and organisational skills
- BPJS (Health & Work Insurance)
