The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing training and development programs, analyzing training needs, creating and modifying learning curriculums, managing the learning management system, and implementing the instructional design process.
Responbilities:- Needs Analysis and Instructional Design skills
- Training & Development and Curriculum Development skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Experience in eLearning and corporate training is a plus
- Ability to work well independently andwithinateam
