Job Description s

• Manage the fulfillment of MC Online teachers, including handling requests and onboarding processes
• Oversee scheduling for MC Online programs, including assigning MTs and coordinating with the Student Operations team to open new class groups
• Address and resolve teacher-related issues in a timely and solution-oriented manner
• Manage and organize daily live teaching sessions and trial classes

• Strong administrative and operational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data management tools.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and propose actions.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
