- Design and complete the planned training roadmap for software engineers within the agreed timeline
- Develop technical/coding training syllabi and learning materials, along with their corresponding assessment instruments and examination questions
- Maintain a high internal customer satisfaction score from trainees and stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years in the relevant domain with demonstrated training or mentoring experience
- Strong command of the development chapter's technical subject matter.
- Knowledge in adult learning and training design principles
- Skills in facilitation, presentation, and curriculum development.
- Able to assess learning outcomes and iterating on materials
- Training or instructional-design certification is an advantage
