Master’s degree (minimum) in Education or a related field
Provenleadershipexperience in a secondary school (Grades 7–12)
Strong experience with the Cambridge curriculum (preferred)

Experience with IB programmesconsidered an advantage
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Native-level English speaker

Provide strategicleadershipfor the Secondary School (Grades 7–12)
Support and develop teachers to achieve highacademicstandards
Oversee curriculum implementation and student progress
Foster a positive learning culture
Work closely with the seniorleadershipteam to strengthen the school’s mission and vision
