• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the school's curriculum.
• Foster a safe, loving, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's learning progress and development.
• Prepare student portfolios, progress reports, and classroom documentation.
• Guide children in developing independence, confidence, positive behavior, and social-emotional skills.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents to support children's holistic development.
• Participate in school events, meetings, training, and other academic or non-academic activities.
• Maintain classroom organization, learning materials, and children's health and safety.
• For Shadow Teachers:
  Provide individualized support for children with additional learning or developmental needs while encouraging inclusion and independence.

• Female or male, 25–30 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, or a similar educational setting.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Physically healthy, energetic, and able to actively engage in classroom and outdoor activities.
• Passionate about working with young children with a warm, patient, and caring personality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, creativity, and classroom management skills.
• Possesses special talents or skills that can enrich children's learning experiences, such as dance, swimming, music, art, sports, storytelling, drama, or other creative activities.
• Willing to participate in school performances, events, and extracurricular activities.
• Available to work full-time only (part-time applicants will not be considered).
• Willing to be placed at Greenville (West Jakarta) or Cilandak (South Jakarta).
