Teaching Assistant (English Subject) – Part-Time

POLY English Indonesia is looking for a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in delivering high-quality English learning experiences for students.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children, are organized, proactive, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in the education industry.

• Assist teachers during classroom activities and student learning sessions.
• Support student engagement and classroom management.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to classes and student records.
• Support assessment, reporting, and academic documentation as required.
• Coordinate with teachers and the academic team to ensure smooth classroom operations.
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement of teaching materials and learning activities.

• Preferably in Education, English, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Passionate about education and working with children.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work onsite in South Jakarta.

• Part-Time Position
• 5 working days per week
• Approximately 25 hours per week
