Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and play-based learning activities
• Create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development
• Observe and document children's progress and development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the teaching team to support children's learning and well-being

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• More than 5 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten (TK) or Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of child-centered and play-based learning
• Creative, patient, caring, energetic, and responsible.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn, grow, and contribute positively to the school community.
• Willing to be based at Integrated Children’s Academy (ICA), South Jakarta.
