Central Processing Training & Development Officer
1. Training Content Development
Develop and update training materials, including presentation slides, training guides, job aids, training videos, and learning modules.
Translate SOPs, Work Instructions, and operational processes into learner-friendly training content.
Design competency-based learning materials to support onboarding, refreshment, certification, and upskilling programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to review, revise, and improve learning content.
2. Learning Program & Project Support
Support the development and execution of learning programs across Hub Kitchen and Central Kitchen Operations.
Partner with Operations, QA, R&D and Commercial teams, along with other stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
Manage assigned learning projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Support New Product Launch (NPL) readiness through training material preparation and deployment.
3. Training Documentation & Repository Management
Maintain training material repositories and ensure all documents are properly organized.
Manage version control for training modules, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
Ensure learning assets remain updated, accurate, and accessible.
Support the governance and standardization of learning documentation.
4. Digital Learning & Video Development
Develop and maintain training videos and digital learning assets.
Support learning technology initiatives and content digitization.
Explore innovative learning approaches to improve learner engagement and effectiveness.
5. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and learning processes.
Support standardization and quality improvement initiatives across all learning materials.
Contribute to learning innovation and capability development projects

Minimum Qualifications
- 1. Education
Fresh graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in:
Psychology
Educational Technology
Human Resource Management
Business Administration
Management
Industrial Engineering
Communication
Other related fields2. Experience
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, Training Operations, or related fields.
Experience developing training materials, SOP-based learning content, and learning programs is preferred.
Experience in F&B, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Operations environments is an advantage.3. Technical Skills
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Strong presentation and content development skills.
Familiarity with instructional design principles.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Basic video editing skills.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools is an advantage.4. Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High attention to detail and quality standards.
Proactive and able to work independently
