Bright Stars Preschool is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Preschool Principal to lead our school community. If you are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy leading and inspiring a great team

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field

Experience in administrative or leadership roles such as Principal, Vice Principal, Coordinator, or Lead Teacher

Several years of teaching experience in early childhood settings

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

Lead and support the implementation of early childhood curriculum and assessment

Ensure children’s learning is aligned with developmental milestones and best practices

Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and the wider school community in both spoken and written English

Foster a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment for children and families

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with trends in early childhood education

Manage the daily operations of the school through effective decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Promote an inclusive environment by respecting and valuing diverse cultures and backgrounds
