As a Progress Advisor
, you will be the bridge between our learning center, students, and parents. You’ll guide parents with proactive updates, solve challenges early, and nurture trust-based relationships that help every student thrive.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver Timely Updates: Provide clear, consistent, and trusted progress reports to parents about their child's learning journey.
• Build Meaningful Relationships: Establish long-term, trust-based partnerships with students and their families.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Address concerns early and smoothly resolve learning or scheduling issues.
• Drive Growth & Retention: Encourage course renewals and parent referrals through warm, personalized support.
• Track & Monitor Insights: Keep an eye on progress data to flag early signs of student disengagement and intervene thoughtfully.
