Early Childhood Montessori Trainer(3–6 Diploma Level)
Requirements
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years of classroom experience in a Montessori environment.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology.
- Confident, clear communicator, comfortable training adult learners.
- Organized, reliable and passionate about guiding teachers in their Montessori journey.
- Previous training experience is an advantage, but mentorship will be provided.
- Conduct training sessions (online and onsite) for the Montessori 3–6 Diploma Program in Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrate and explain Montessori materials and lessons clearly to adult learners.
- Observe, guide, and assess trainees during training sessions (with our guidance).
- Provide feedback and mentoring to adult learners.
- Collaborate/work with the team.
