Civil Design Manager - Construction B

Construction/Building Home company is looking for a Civil Design Manager
.

• Ensure timely submission and approval of all engineering deliverables in alignment with project timeline.
• Lead design reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and related regulations.
• Coordinate with construction team to address engineering issues and find the most favorable solution.
• Manage design issue or changes through technical queries with supervision consultant efficiently.
• Conduct regular interface coordination meeting with M&E team to ensure the design intent.
• Manage the engineering staffs and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

• At least Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Business level of English.
• Having 5 years or more experience in Civil Engineering with current position as Junior Manager strong in Civil Construction
  - High Risk Building-Bridge.
• Experience in handling subordinates.
• Strong understanding of civil and structural design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP
  2000 or any similar design software.
• Familiar with local regulatory codes and standards.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Able to join ASAP or max. 1 month notice.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Team player.
• Willing to go site for checking relevancy of design.
