We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Engineer to support our engine coolant product line, with a primary focus on the mining industry. This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise, product recommendations, and solutions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team and customers to drive product adoption and business growth.
YourResponsibilities
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers in the mining industry.
- Support the sales team with technical expertise during customer visits and presentations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in mining operations.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
- Gather and report customer feedback to support product development and improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coolant technology, mining applications, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience in the mining contractor, mining industries or similar.
- Proven knowledge of engine coolant or lubricant applications in industrial settings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with customers.
- Willingness to travel to mining sites as required.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM C/A).
