** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Drive beverage application projects and support commercialization of IFF innovations in Indonesia.
* Work with Commercial, Innovation, and regional teams to ensure aligned project delivery.
* Create high‐quality beverage prototypes that meet customer, regulatory, and technical requirements.
* Present solutions to customers and offer expert guidance on formulation and processing.
* Partner with experts to implement strong formulation and experimental design approaches.
* Contribute to new concept development through creative, solution‐driven thinking.
* Stay current on ingredients, processing technologies, and manufacturing practices to enhance applications.
* Monitor category, consumer, and market trends to strengthen technical recommendations.
* Develop internal networks and support capability building through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

*** Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
* Good knowledge of beverage ingredients, processing technologies, and regulatory standards.
* Proven experience in beverage formulation, manufacturing processes, and technical troubleshooting.
* Solid project management skills with proficiency in experimental design.
* Innovative, analytical, and solutions‐oriented approach to problem‐solving.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems.
