Operations Marine Lead Services

• Hold a bachelor's degree (at minimum) in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture, Ahli Teknik Tingkat (ATT) 1 or Ahli Nautikal Tingkat (ANT) 1.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience marine operations in oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility, with a track record in a marine position with particular emphasis on safety and performance management.
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience of leading/supervising or at managerial level in oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility in marine operations role.
• Maximum age is 53 years old by end of December 2025.
• Have sound marine operational experience in terminals, hydrocarbon carriage or offshore marine operations.
• Have extensive technical understanding of marine activity, demonstrable experience in marine operations.
• Have contractor management skills.
• Have people leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Have experience or can demonstrate participation in Job Safety Analysis or Work Permit Risk Assessment, or other equal method of risk assessment activities.
• Have the organizational and communication skills, technical ability and a strong personal commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
• Have planning skill and experience with scheduling tools in marine operations and safety.
• Have self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team.
