Project Surveyor; Fresh Graduate

The Project Surveyor is responsible for conducting comprehensive site surveys for potential new store locations. This role is critical in capturing precise technical data, measurements, and environmental details to support the decision-making process for the Store Design and Project teams.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related Design/Engineering fields (Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply, or candidates with 1-2 years of experience).
• Good understanding of Technical MEP systems, basic construction principles, and equipment installation requirements.
• Have a basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project (Cost & Scheduling) to process site data into actionable technical drawings and reports.
• Strong analytical thinking to survey hidden site constraints, structural risks, or technical discrepancies during the initial survey.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal design teams.

• Site Survey Execution:
  Conduct detailed location surveys, including area measurements and technical inspections of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), electrical capacity, pipelines, and signage placement. Capture high‑quality photo and video documentation of the site and its surroundings.
• Risk Assessment & Recommendation:
  Collaborate with the Project Supervisor to analyze survey results and identify potential site issues. Formulate problem estimations based on initial site conditions and provide technical recommendations to mitigate future construction risks.
• Requirement Control:
  Manage the distribution of drawings and survey results to the related teams. Ensure all survey equipment is maintained according to company procedures and that the survey team has the necessary tools to meet project needs.
• Data Processing & Reporting:
  Translate field survey results and vendor data into detailed reports. Prepare comprehensive survey reports, including completed checklists, technical forms, and documented visual requirements.
• Project Support:
  Assist the Project Supervisor in distributing technical data to relevant vendors and support the superior in delivering survey‑related requirements for ongoing project phases.
