Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities in the field.
- Lead a team of technicians (electrical and mechanical) to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in equipment and systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor equipment condition and recommend improvements or repairs.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments for maintenance planning and execution.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
- Prepare maintenance reports, work logs, and performance evaluations.
- Manage tools, spare parts, and maintenance resources efficiently.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (PLC, panels, motors, wiring) and mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, rotating equipment).
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
- Willing to work in field conditions and flexible schedules.
