• Minimum Experience:
  
  3 Years
• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Building Services, or related technical background.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Mechanical Drafter, preferably in engineering consultancy, EPCM, contractor, or design engineering company.
• Experienced in preparing mechanical engineering drawings for industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or building facility projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, cleanroom, laboratory, or GMP-regulated facility projects will be highly preferred.
• Good understanding of mechanical building services and utility drawing, including but not limited to:
  • HVAC system
  • Chilled water system
  • Ventilation and exhaust system
  • Cleanroom HVAC layout
  • Plumbing and sanitary system
  • Fire protection system
  • Compressed air system
  • Process utility piping
  • Steam, clean steam, PW/WFI, or clean utility system is an advantage
• Able to prepare and develop technical drawings such as:
  • General arrangement drawing
  • Layout drawing
  • Piping layout
  • Ducting layout
  • Equipment layout
  • Mechanical schematic diagram
  • Piping and Instrumentation Diagram / P&
  • Isometric drawing
  • Section and detail drawing
  • As-built drawing
• Proficient in using design and drafting software such as AutoCAD. Ability to use Revit / BIM is highly preferred.
• Able to interpret engineering sketches, design concepts, technical calculations, equipment datasheets, and mark-up drawings from engineers.
• Familiar with drawing standards, layering system, symbols, legends, line types, scales, and drawing coordination procedures.
• Able to coordinate drawings with other disciplines, including architecture, civil/structural, electrical, process, and automation.
• Able to support clash checking and drawing coordination, especially for mechanical piping, ducting, equipment space, ceiling coordination, and utility routing.
• Good understanding of cleanroom drawing requirements, including room classification, pressure cascade, airflow direction, HVAC zoning, and utility routing will be an advantage.
• Able to prepare drawing deliverables for concept design, basic design, detailed engineering design / DED, tender documents, and as-built documents.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under project deadlines.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.

• Experience in pharmaceutical facility, cleanroom, laboratory, hospital, food and beverage, or other regulated industry projects.
• Familiar with GMP facility layout and cleanroom mechanical systems.
• Experience in preparing DED drawings and tender drawings.
• Familiar with BIM coordination using Revit/Navisworks is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand P&, mechanical schematic, equipment schedule, and technical specifications.
