Facility Planning Lead

• Lead the planning and design of greenfield facility, ensuring alignment with company standard.
• Coordinate with manufacturing excellence and project group from headquarter to integrate manufacturing facility, processes, equipments, specifications.
• Collaborate with consultant and government relationship team to secure necessary permits and approval from government authority in Indonesia.
• Develop and ensure compliance with Indonesia environment, safety, and industrial standard during the design and construction phases.
• Act as main liaison between head quarter group, government relationship team, contractors and other stakeholders to provide all manufacturing planning.
• Provide the regular progress update to stakeholders with professional project management process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or project management.
• Experienced (3-5 years) with greenfield factory project with large capital investment for heavymanufacturing or automotive industry.
• Proven ability to lead high-investment projects with multi-cultural teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational efficiency in manufacturing.
• Skilled in project management and construction supervision. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
