Responsibilities
- Conduct project planning and engineering activities related to SPS implementation.
- Perform site survey, technical assessment, and project feasibility analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field engineers regarding project execution and technical requirements.
- Prepare network/project planning, timeline monitoring, and progress tracking to ensure project delivery aligns with operational targets.
- Support troubleshooting and provide technical recommendations related to project implementation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure engineering activities comply with company standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and operational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Planning & Engineering, Telecommunication Project, or related field is preferred.
- Familiar with project planning, technical survey, and telecommunication infrastructure/project implementation.
- Able to read technical drawings and understand engineering/project workflows.
- Strong coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting documentation.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Willing to work mobile/visit project sites if required.
